FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens in the case of inclement weather?

Santa is always there!  Rain, or snow, he just moves inside to the first floor lobby and parking garage, next to B&B Butchers.

My child is sick. Can I switch my time?

Yes, just email [email protected] to see what times are available. We do not offer refunds. Your donation to local charities is very much appreciated.

We can't make it. Do you offer refunds?

We don't. Your donation goes to help 26 nonprofits, and it is very much appreciated.

If I donate for a Sleigh Pass, does that mean I can come any time I want?

Not exactly. Your Sleigh Pass is good for the day that it is purchased only. You may arrive anytime between 30 minutes AFTER we open...and 30 minutes BEFORE we close. We will usher you into the reservation line just as soon as you arrive.

Do you have anyone who could help take our picture?

You Bet! We will always have volunteers to help take your pictures.

I have a big family/friend group/office party for my pictures.  Does that cost extra?

You should make a reservation so that you have extra few minutes to work with you. If you have a group of 6 or more, you should donate for TWO reservations or SLEIGH PASSES.
